Painting "Come together" 100x150 cm.

"Come together" is a warm and grounding painting about the encounter — about that moment when two worlds approach each other and finally unite. Large circular shapes move towards each other in the image, and my two female figures push them forward — as if they are the catalyst for the meeting, those who bring it about.

The colors are soft and earthy — warm earth tones that anchor the painting in something solid and secure. And in the midst of it all, elements of yellow and orange glow forth like fire and life force — the energy that arises when two things meet and create something new.

It is a painting about community, about attraction, and about the power that arises in the meeting between people — or between ideas, energies, and worlds. A painting that warms and grounds at the same time.

The female figures recur in many of my paintings. They are not concrete individuals but voices — observers and part of the universal pattern between human and nature. In this painting, they are active — they create the encounter.

I paint with acrylic paint from Golden on handmade canvases from Vindelev Blindrammefabrik and always finish with two layers of varnish that protect against sunlight and dust. The painting is stretched on a 2 cm deep stretcher frame and painted on the sides — it does not need framing but can be framed if desired.

The soft earthy colors with glowing yellow and orange accents make the painting perfect for Scandinavian and Nordic homes with warmth and natural materials — and particularly beautiful in rooms where one desires a warm, secure, and energizing atmosphere. The size 100x150 cm fits above most sofas and sideboards.
