Studio Rikke Darling
These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.rikkedarling.com for delivery in Europe. Ordering and payment Studio Rikke Darling is open 24 hours a day, so you can almost always shop. However, it may happen that we close the store due to maintenance.
You select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up to the time of ordering, and you can regularly check the contents and the price of the goods. All prices include VAT. When you are ready to order, click on "Basket", where you enter your name, address, e-mail, phone number, payment method and select delivery method. You can change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Complete order" button. The amount of the goods will not be deducted from your account until the goods are shipped.
Shipping and delivery options We offer free delivery to GLS Pakkeshop or directly to your door. For large paintings, the delivery is made by freight forwarders. For delivery by freight forwarder, it is delivery to the curb. The carrier will contact you by phone before the item is delivered.
Right of withdrawal When you shop at Studio Rikke Darling as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. Upon receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way in which they work. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by unequivocal statement within 14 days of receipt of the item. You can send an email to email@example.com You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. If you regret the purchase, the goods must be returned to: Studio Rikke Darling / Atelier No3 Aarhusgade 3 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark. You must pay for the package to be returned. When returning, it is your responsibility to ensure that the art are properly packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. Therefore save the postal receipt and possibly track and trace number. If you want to exchange an item for another item, a new item is sent free of charge.
IMPORTANT: We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of regret, and you must send them back no later than 14 days after you have given us notice that you have regretted.
NOTE: We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.
The condition of the item when you send it back If the item is damaged, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item. If the damage is large, no payment can be returned. We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. Refund If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you once we have received the item. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount is returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.
NOTE: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the value of the item is impaired because the item is damaged.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item Your purchase is covered by the Purchase Act, including the defect rules when you shop with us as a consumer. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The right of complaint applies for 24 months on all purchases. It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must contact us within "reasonable time" You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. We recommend that you complain as soon as possible and within 2 months after the error was discovered. Gift Certificate Terms for electronic Studio Rikke Darling gift cards (hereinafter referred to as "gift cards") issued by Rikke Darling.
Sales and delivery Once you have selected and completed the payment for a gift card, the gift card will be sent by e-mail. e-mail, to the e-mail address provided by you. Remember to check that the content of the email matches your order request. Use of the card You can use the gift card as payment at Studio Rikke Darling. Validity period The gift card is valid for five years from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated on the gift card itself. Loss and misuse of the card The gift card can be used to pay the holder without identification, as only a unique code is attached to the gift card. If the unique code comes into the hands of others, it can therefore be misused. There are no other security measures attached to the card. The gift card must therefore be considered cash. This means that the loss and misuse of the gift card is your responsibility and your risk. You must therefore bear any losses in that connection. Lost gift cards or misuse of gift cards will not be replaced by Studio Rikke Darling. The gift card cannot be blocked if it is lost.
