Refund policy

Within 14 days you can fully return any artwork and have a refund. When you shop at Studio Rikke Darling as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, where you can notify us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.

The expenses and the responsibility for returning the artwork is hold by the buyer. Returned artworks needs to be received without any damages. 

If a returned artwork is damaged, there will be only a partial refund - or no refund depending on how damaged the artwork is. 

All cancellations before shipping from the studio is free of charge.
